Lawsuit Accuses MOA Security of Racial Profiling
Tuesday, May 5th, 2009Channel 5 Eyewitness News reported today that a man has filed a federal lawsuit against the Mall of America, accusing mall security officers of racial profiling and has already gained the state’s support.
With the findings of a state investigation on his side, Bobbie Allen sued the mall, seeking $100,000 and new diversity training for security.
