Submit an original Quiche recipe for your chance to be chosen as a final contestant. Five contestants based on their Quiche recipes will be chosen to compete in the Best Buy® Rotunda at Mall of America® on July 28. The Grand Prize Winner of the final round will receive:
An afternoon with Chef Eli Wollenzien of CRAVE Restaurant and his team designing and creating a 5 course menu. You will be able to invite five guests to come in and dine with you at CRAVE’s Chef’s Table while relaxing and enjoying the Menu that you prepared.
Five Course Menu Includes:
· Soup Course
· Salad Course
· Sushi Course
· Entrée Course
· Dessert Course
CRAVE’S talented Mixologist will help you select the perfect beverage pairing for each course. The whole experience is worth over $750!
In addition, All Clad, the kitchen ware featured in Julie and Julia, will provide the Grand Prize Winner; The Kitchen Basic Set: which includes Stainless 10″ fry pan, SS 3qt sauce and 3qt sauté. Valued at $450.
Quiche recipes along with the ENTRY FORM should be sent to theatres@mallofamerica.com by 5 p.m. on July 20. Final contestants will be notified by July 22, 2009.
